Welcome to ChemoBuddy, a mobile application designed to assist chemo patients in tracking their symptoms, medications, activities, and lifestyle choices to improve communication with healthcare professionals. Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using ChemoBuddy.
By downloading, installing, or using the ChemoBuddy mobile application ("App"), you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. App Purpose
ChemoBuddy is intended to help chemo patients better monitor and manage their symptoms, medications, and lifestyle factors that may impact their treatment outcomes. The App allows users to generate reports based on the data they input for sharing with healthcare professionals or family members.
2. Data Storage
ChemoBuddy does not store any personal or medical information on its servers. All data entered by the user is stored either locally on the user's device or, if the user chooses, on their private iCloud account. Generated reports are stored locally on the user's device as PDF files and can be shared by the user with individuals of their choosing.
3. Privacy
ChemoBuddy is committed to user privacy and does not access or collect personal or medical information. For more details about how ChemoBuddy handles your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
4. Beta Version
Please be aware that ChemoBuddy is currently in beta testing. While we strive to provide a reliable and valuable service, we are not liable for any loss of data or negative outcomes related to your medical treatments resulting from the use of the App.
5. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you input into ChemoBuddy. Always consult with your healthcare provider for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. ChemoBuddy is not a substitute for professional medical advice or care.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.
7. Updates and Changes
ChemoBuddy may update or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App following changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
